Custom Design is when we start with your ideas, then our Garment Technicians sketch your ideas, then they custom design the tech packs, digitsed CADs, and produce the prototypes of your new swimwear. You own everything.

White Label is when we’ve already predesigned swimwear into a catalogue, and then you customise our styles to make it your own. You can choose fabrics, colours, add your own surface designs (embroidery/print), choose hardware components, and add your own labels and tags.

There’s no difference to the manufacturing costs regardless which you choose. The costs of making swimwear depends on the garments themselves and the quantities of everything. The service options only affect the approach to quoting, the approach to sampling, and how long it takes at the start.

The calculation of manufacturing costs requires the collection of important information about each of your garments. We can’t know the cost of something without knowing this information.

We can either receive Tech Packs, or a Design Board, or our PL Form (our catalogues). These documents provide us with images of your garments, lists/descriptions of fabrics, lists fabric colours, screenshots of fabric prints, images of hardware components, labels/tag designs, size ranges, sample information, and estimated quantities.

The fee for working with our Garment Technicians starts at USD $125 per style and you will own the tech packs + digitised CADs + everything else that’s created for you.

Our free samples program is related to swimwear which is sampled, and then goes into bulk production. You’d first pay for the samples. And for the garments that proceed into bulk production, the cost of the sample is taken out of your bulk production invoice. This applies only for one sample per style.

Our MOQ is 20 pieces per style per colour at 5 pieces per size and we require at least 60 pieces in a total production order which can be split across different styles.

Our digital printing MOQ is 50m per design.

• Samples using stock fabric: 3 to 5 business days
• Samples with dyeing/printing: 3 to 5 business days add 10 to 14 days
• Bulk productions: 4 to 6 weeks+
• Shipping Air: 3 to 10 business days (TNT/FedEx)
• Shipping Sea: 59+ days”

We accept Adobe Illustrator (Ai), JPG, and PNG formats. If it’s a print that repeats, we need a very high resolution image that’s 50cm x 50cm or 30cm x 30cm “set-to-scale” so we can tile your designs for maximum use of fabrics.

Samples are 100% up front. Bulk productions ranging from our MOQ to 4,999 pieces is 70% up front then 30% upon completion (before shipping). Bulk productions over 5,000 pieces can be negotiated.
