We can’t answer cost related questions until we have a better understanding of the garments you want to manufacture, about the fabrics they’ll be made from, whether there’s any surface designs and treatments, the total quantities of everything, and a host of other factors. To calculate a production timeframe, we need to add the current Lead Time + Production Time. We can’t know the lead times until your design specs as well as your total quantities are verified.

• Samples using stock fabric: 3 to 5 business days
• Samples with dyeing/ printing: 3 to 5 business days add 10 to 14 days
• Bulk productions: 4 to 6 weeks+
• Shipping Air: 3 to 10 business days (TNT/ FedEx)
• Shipping Sea: 59+ days

We offer free garment samples if you proceed with a First Production Order (FPO). If it’s the first time we’re making a sampled garment in a bulk quantity, the sample’s cost is taken off the bulk production invoice. There’s a neat post about it here.
