Our Custom Design service starts at $125 usd per garment. Your CADs will be designed in 3D software and your Tech Packs will be designed in Adobe Illustrator. Your CMG team leads will consist of your assigned Production Manager, your Technical Fashion Designer, and our Supply Chain Manager.
Designing your Tech Packs and CAD patterns can take a few business days or longer depending on how many styles there are and how complex each style is.
To calculate a production timeframe, we need to add the current Lead Time + Production Time. We can’t know the lead times until your design specs as well as your total quantities are verified.
• Samples using stock fabric: 3 to 5 business days
• Samples with dyeing/ printing: 3 to 5 business days add 10 to 14 days
• Bulk productions: 4 to 6 weeks+
• Shipping Air: 3 to 10 business days (TNT/ FedEx)
• Shipping Sea: 59+ days

We offer free garment samples if you proceed with a First Production Order (FPO). If it’s the first time we’re making a sampled garment in a bulk quantity, the sample’s cost is taken off the bulk production invoice. There’s a neat post about it here.
Design and samples are 100% up front. Bulk productions ranging from our MOQ to 4,999 pieces is 70% up front then 30% upon completion (before shipping). Bulk productions over 5,000 pieces can be negotiated.
