CM Garmindo provides a complete end-to-end garment design, sampling, and manufacturing service. We handle everything from start to finish. There’s three main ways we provide quotes and start sampling your collection:

1. Option 1 – Custom Design: Our in-house Custom Design service includes professional Tech Packs and digitised CAD patterns. To learn more, click here.
2. Option 2 – Private Label: We’re happy to receive your own tech packs and CADs; this can speed up the quoting and sampling process. Simply email everything to our team for review, click here.

There’s no difference to the manufacturing costs. The costs of making clothing depends on the garments, the fabrics you choose, if there’s dyeing/printing, and the quantities of everything. The service type is the approach we take to quoting, sampling, and how long it takes at the start. Of course, Options 1 and 2 have their own inherent service costs.

1. Quoting on Custom Design – We use a Design Board file to collect the details of your garments before onboarding your collection into quoting. If you need this file, please request this from our team – contact us here.
2. Quoting on Private Label – Since Private Label means you’re sending your own tech packs, we use your own documents for quoting and sampling.
3. Quoting on White Label – If you wish to customise beyond the options on our website, you can fill in the WL Form. If you need this file, please request this from our team – contact us here.

When discussing fabrics, there’s 4 main considerations:

1. You can see over 100 of our most popular fabrics on this website you’re on right now. The colours you see are what’s available to us from our textile mills/suppliers but it doesn’t mean we stock these fabrics and colours.

2. The fabrics in our white label website are specifically selected to be paired with certain garments based on WGSN research and represent our currently stocked fabrics and colours: https://shop.cmgarmindo.com/collections/fabric-booklets

3. There are a few thousand other fabrics in our supply chain which we can source. You can let us know the physical properties you want, and we can research for you.

4. If you wish to make a custom fabric from one of our textile mills, their MOQs usually start around 3,000m per colour/motif.

1. Fit Samples: We don’t have an MOQ but we recommend only making 1 sample in one size to test fit, fabrics, and perfect the garment.
2. Sales Samples: We don’t have an MOQ but we recommend only making 1 sample per style to save costs and time.
3. Bulk Production: 20 pieces per style per variation* at 5 pieces per size and we require at least 60 pieces in a total production order which can be split across different styles/variations.
4. Custom Fabric Dyeing: 40m per colour
5. Repeat Yardage Printing: 50m per design

*A variation is a style of garment that’s made in a different fabric, colours, or surface designs (embroidery or print).

To calculate a production timeframe for samples or bulk, we need to add the [current Lead Time at all relevant activity-stages] + [Processing Time of all fabrics/materials] + [Production Time of all garments]. We will know your specific timeframes after your design specs and total quantities are verified.

To get free clothing samples, you can follow our two-step process:

1. At first, you pay for the samples you want to manufacture.
2. For the garments that proceed into bulk production, the cost of their sample is deducted from your bulk production invoice.

*This applies only for one sample per style.

CM Garmindo offers secure door-to-door B2B shipping to over 100 countries around the world. Our factory mainly uses Ex-works or Ex-factory but we can switch to FOB if you have your own shipping agent inside Indonesia.

Here’s how Ex-factory works:

1. We handle all the packing, paperwork, and we contact DHL/carrier for the pickup order from our warehouse.
2. Once DHL/carrier picks up your shipment from our warehouse, it’s officially yours. We’ll give you a tracking number so you can track the progress of your shipment via DHL/carrier’s app or website.
3. After your shipment arrives in your country, DHL/carrier will tell you what your tariffs/fees/taxes are. Once you’ve paid this to DHL/carrier, they’ll release your package to you.

When you purchase something from our White Label website, we use DHL air freight to send your purchases to you. You can review our shipping policy on this page – click here.

We accept different payment terms for different service types.

1. Custom Design service is 100% up-front.
2. Samples are 100% up-front.
3. Bulk productions from our MOQ to 4,999 pieces is 70% up-front then 30% upon completion (before shipping).
4. Bulk productions over 5,000 pieces can be negotiated.

Yes we’d love to meet you! As we are an appointment-only factory, our company follows a two-step protocol for arranging meetings:

1. All approaching brands must first enter our quoting process by sharing certain garment details + expected quantities. You’ll be assigned a Production Manager who will provide quotes for you.
2. After you’ve received your quotes, you can arrange a meeting with your PM – based on available openings.

*IMPORTANT: Our PMs require at least 3 weeks’ advanced notice for meetings. We do not provide tours of our factory to non-clients.
